The front and rear sight came off fairly easily. Installation of the front sight was a snap. After figuring out the easiest way to install the rear sight, that too installed quickly. I still don''''t understand why the tool costs so much... $40 to $50 is okay, but when its over $100, I had to think about it for a long time before I bought it. Luckily I have three Sig''''s that can use this tool.
